Cancellation Policy

At Kiara Jewels, we understand that you may need to cancel an order in certain situations. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how you can cancel your order.


1. Order Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support as soon as possible with your Order ID.

If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may be eligible for a return or exchange in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.


2. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch:

  • For prepaid orders, the full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Cash on Delivery orders can be cancelled before dispatch without any cancellation charges.

Repeated refusal or cancellation of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases at the discretion of Kiara Jewels.


4. Cancellation by Kiara Jewels

Kiara Jewels reserves the right to cancel any order under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Product is out of stock.
  • Incorrect pricing or product information due to a technical error.
  • Payment could not be verified.
  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
  • Delivery is not possible to the provided address.
  • Any reason beyond our reasonable control.

If an order is cancelled by us after payment has been received, the full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.


5. Changes to Orders

If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may contact our support team to request changes such as:

  • Delivery address
  • Contact number
  • Product variant (subject to availability)

Once the order has been dispatched, changes cannot be guaranteed.


6. Return After Delivery

If you no longer wish to keep your order after delivery, you may request a return or exchange if the product meets the eligibility criteria outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
