Return and Refund Policy

At Kiara Jewels, we strive to provide high-quality fashion jewellery and an excellent shopping experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, accessories, and invoices are included.
  • The product shows no signs of damage, misuse, or alteration.
  • The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
  • Items returned without original packaging or missing accessories.
  • Products that have been altered or repaired by the customer.
  • All purchases during Buy 1 get 1 Free or Buy 1 Get 2 Free offer.
  • Gift cards or promotional items (if applicable).


3. Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will offer:

  • An alternative product of equal value, or
  • A refund, where applicable.

4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or exchange:

Please include:

  • Order Number
  • Customer Name
  • Reason for Return
  • Photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

Our support team will guide you through the return process.


5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • The wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the product and packaging.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


6. Refund Process

Once your returned product is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Refund Processing Time

  • Refund approval: 1–3 business days after inspection.
  • Bank/Card/UPI processing: 5–7 business days (may vary depending on your payment provider).

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after collecting the required account details.


7. Return Shipping

If the return is due to:

  • A damaged product
  • A manufacturing defect
  • An incorrect item sent by us

Kiara Jewels will bear the return shipping cost.

For returns due to personal preference (where accepted), return shipping charges may be applicable and will be communicated during the return process.


8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return or exchange after delivery if it meets our eligibility criteria.
