Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect when delivered.

  • It is requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • All original packaging, tags, and invoice are intact.


Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene and safety standards, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items that show signs of wear or damage caused by the customer

  • Customized or engraved products

  • Free gifts received as part of offers

  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale


🔄 Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • Only size or style exchange is allowed (if applicable).

  • If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit may be issued.


💰 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are provided only in cases of wrong or defective delivery.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after quality inspection.

  • Shipping or COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Return pickup will be arranged from our end when eligible.

  • In some cases, customers may need to ship the product themselves. Reimbursement of basic courier fees will be provided upon validation.
