At Kiara Jewels, we want you to love your purchase! If you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help with an easy return and exchange process.


Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item is damaged, defective when delivered.

  • It is requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • All original packaging, tags, and invoice are intact.


    Note:  Refund will be processed only after the product is returned and inspected.

     


❌ Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene and quality standards, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products showing signs of wear, use, or damage caused after delivery

  • Customized, personalized, or engraved items

  • Free gifts or complimentary items received as part of any promotional offer

  • Products purchased during clearance sales, final sales, or special promotional offers, including Buy 1 Get 1 Free and Buy 1 Get 2 Free deals


🔄 Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • Only size or style exchange is allowed (if applicable).

  • If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit may be issued.


💰 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are provided only in cases of damange or defective delivery.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after quality inspection.

  • Shipping or COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Return pickup will be arranged from our end when eligible.

  • In some cases, customers may need to ship the product themselves. Reimbursement of basic courier fees will be provided upon validation.
